Hoboken — we're here. Our second Popup Bagels shop opened on Washington Street, and the line out the door tells us we got it right.

Why Hoboken

It's a town that knows what good bread tastes like. We knew if Popup Bagels worked anywhere outside Center City, it'd work here.

What to try first

• The Everything with scallion schmear
• Cinnamon Raisin with honey butter (only on the weekend menu)
• Plain warm, eat it on the sidewalk before you even get home
